Josh’s Tips & Tricks: New Course on Trackman

Intro

Hello golfers, welcome to this week’s tips & tricks. It’s still cold, wet and windy so more range time is looking more likely than time on the course. Matt and I got very excited this week to see that one of our favourite courses in the world has been added to Trackman. We played a few holes on it to see how it compares to real life.

So I am actually a member of this course so to see it added onto Trackman for the whole world to play was very exciting. It is based in Llanelli, Swansea and is a golfing work or art. Its based on the Peninsula so the views are stunning and the golf course doesn’t disappoint either. Its a tricky golf course in real life so both Matt and myself were curious to see how it looking on a TV screen. It’s fair to say we were both very impressed. It looked and played almost identical to real life so we had some great fun playing it while we were in work. Summary

Until the weather improves we are pretty much stuck on driving ranges. I have said it before and i’ll say it again. Make you practice more contructive! Rent Trackman for only £15 and either play courses or get some data to help improve your practice sessions.
