5.2 Gift vouchers valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase
5.3 Gift vouchers can be used toward any activity or service we offer
5.4 To redeem your gift voucher, please bring it with you to our customer services counter together with your receipt. You will be asked to confirm some details to ensure the security of your voucher
5.5 Vouchers can be transferred to a membership
5.6 If you loose your voucher, we can help with this but will require original sale details or personal details to activate it
5.7 We reserve the right to withdraw any products or services at any time from the list available from the original date of purchase
6. Membership
6.1 A membership is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase
6.2 Membership will provide the holder with 10% discount off the stated products & services as well as FREE use of the MIll practice green
6.3 Membership benefits are solely for the named member on the account although we are happy to allow immediate family to benefit from the membership offer when in presence of the member. If they visit without the named member being present, they will be charged at full rate.
6.4 If you would like to use our FREE Mill practice green, we request that you register your use with your membership card at the counter
6.5 We reserve the right to change the membership offers at any point during the membership term.
6.6 If you lose your membership card, we will be able to re-print your card at a cost of £1
6.7 The membership 10% discount excludes the Golf Shop as we price match to give you the very best value
6.8 Currently, once your membership year has passed, your status will expire your discount. You can renew your membership at any point
6.9 Should these terms & conditions not be adhered to, we reserve the right to cancel your membership & will provide a pro-rata refund
