Here at Trax, we follow a Small Group Personal Training model. Our SGPT trainer works through a bespoke training programme with a small group, treating each person as an individual to ensure that you meet your goals and enjoy yourself along the way. Sessions run 6 members to 1 coach per session. This format makes the session more engaging, fun and welcoming. We find it helps boost motivation and invites an encouraging environment to really drive each other forward. This brings people together as you push each other forward, whilst moving well and staying fit.
Our sessions run around the clock throughout the day, allowing you to book a time slot which caters for your career and lifestyle. It also provides a more cost effective personal training option, giving everyone the opportunity to receive tailored training. The results from SGPT are just as good, if not better than 1:1 coaching and the instruction from the coach is just as personalised.
